In the Oita land blessed with rich nature — produced under a system linking 2 sites of a breeding farm and a fattening farm — with devoted management of each individual. The fattening farm has acquired Farm HACCP certification — operated as a completely medication-free farm with absolutely no antimicrobial substances used for pigs exceeding 50 kg body weight. The wish of delivering pork that consumers can eat with peace of mind reaches devotedly to every corner of rearing management. A complete designated compound feed blending 10%+ rice is used for the feed — rice components elevate the oleic acid value, producing the authentic umami and rich aroma of pork. Furthermore, by adding wood vinegar and seaweed powder — the intestinal environment is regulated, firmly supporting the production of healthy, delicious pork.
