This brand, produced by Tanaka Farm Co., Ltd., was born from the accumulation of many years of pig farming technique. Shipping is carried out at the standard of 185 days of age and 120 kg — by raising over sufficient time, the umami of the meat is firmly concentrated. The cross uses a three-breed cross method with Large Yorkshire × Landrace F1 as the sow and Duroc as the sire. The rich umami component content of Duroc combined with the outstanding meat productivity of Large Yorkshire and Landrace realizes a well-balanced meat quality.
