Raised on plant-based feed and tourmaline water — a brand pork of concentrated, deep umami, the shared pride of three Kanto prefectures.

Ajireiton (Mirai-ton), managed by the Ajireiton Group with its secretariat in Chikusei City, Ibaraki Prefecture, is a rare brand pork produced only at carefully selected designated farms spanning Ibaraki, Saitama, and Tochigi Prefectures. The breed is a three-breed cross — Landrace × Large Yorkshire sows with Duroc male — raised slowly and carefully to approximately 180 days before shipment. What is most valued in rearing is the proprietary dedicated feed. A primarily plant-based compound feed including wheat developed by Toyohashi Feed — combined with proprietary rearing management utilizing polyphenols, black aspergillus, and natural mineral tourmaline water — draws out the authentic umami and sweetness of the pork to the maximum. The meat quality of Ajireiton, raised with such care, is characterized by a fat with sweetness and fragrance, and a soft, juicy texture. With an extremely minimal off-odor and little scum rising, any preparation allows the pork’s own clean, umami-rich character to be fully enjoyed. In 2008 it won the Excellence Award at the Brand Pork Favorability Contest, and in 2017 and 2018 it was consecutively selected for the Cuisine Kingdom Top 100 — continuously earning high acclaim not only from producers and distributors but from professional chefs over many years. Annual shipments are approximately 30,000 head, with some farms also holding Farm HACCP certification — a safety and reliability supply system in place. Under trademark registration and brand standards, reliable brand management is maintained — a brand pork representative of the Kanto region that will continue to be loved going forward.
